Enlightening Enneagram

Essential Wholeness Enneagram

The Enneagram of Personality and so much more

The Enneagram helps you to wake up to your spiritual nature while supporting you to grow up into your full mental, emotional and physical potentials.

The Enneagram is best known as a system of nine personality types. It clearly shows how different types of people get stuck in different kinds of problems that require different sorts of strategies.

The Essential Wholeness model of the Enneagram especially helps discern what methods are best for each personality type under their particular  circumstances.

Identifying Your Core Issues

And you tend to be rational, idealistic, principled, purposeful, self-controlled, and judgmental.

Embracing your Essential Wholeness

more than personality types, enneagram, essential qualities

Essential Wholeness takes a different approach to the Enneagram. Rather than just being a system of personality types, first and foremost it is a map of a whole human being.  It can show us how to be psychologically and spiritually more healthy and well rounded human beings.

This perspective of the Enneagram recognises everyone has access to the qualities associated with the different numbers. In fact as we evolve through life we travel around the circle drawing on the strengths associated with each type. Our personality tends to overly identify with those strengths and do too much of a good thing, causing us to get caught in vicious cycles.

This approach to the Enneagram helps you access your essential wholeness and evolve to your fullest potential.
